VELOZ 30 DAY TRIAL PROGRAM
Veloz is invested in your complete satisfaction with your new performance pickleball paddle. Effective April 27, 2023, if for any reason your new Veloz paddle is not living up to your expectations, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. Valid one time only for first-time Veloz customers when purchased and registered on www.velozusa.com.
To return your VELOZ paddle for a refund within 30 days, email Customer Service at customerservice@velozusa.com for a return authorization. Include the following information:

If you would like to start a return, exchange or refund on your purchase, or have questions regarding the trial program return process, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@velozusa.com. Please provide your order number. Customer service will walk you through next steps and assist you with a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). Items shipped back without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
